Colonel Paul Foster
Originally a test pilot involved in a UFO incident, Paul Foster joined SHADO with a rank of Colonel, and has initial tours of duty in charge of Moonbase and Skydiver. Eventually is stationed at SHADO HQ and goes out on special assignments. Strong-willed, defiant of authority, and a ladies man. Relationship with Straker is coordial, but not close.
